DO YOU HAVE A SHOWROOM
In South East Queensland you can make an appointment to see the Beds (Ormeau) or the Chairs (Meldale). We may be able to bring the item to you for you to try. Just contact us.
What areas do you deliver to?
There is free delivery to most of SEQ however we can deliver furniture Australia Wide - different levels of service apply dependent on location. Postcodes for free delivery are 4000-4182, 4185-4230, 4270-4287, 4300-4317, 4340-4347, 4402, 4500-4521, 4550-4575,
How much is delivery?
We do have free delivery for most of SEQ. Please see "What area do you deliver to". Delivery costs and methods vary and can be provided at quotation. There are several reasons for this. Does it need to be delivered upstairs (requires extra staff member), Access and parking, whether you want full delivery and installation or just Flat pack to door. Is it a multi-apartment complex and does that impact delivery times etc.
Can I pick up?
Yes, depending on location.
What payment types do you accept?
Credit Card Payments, Paypal, Direct Deposit & Cash
Is the product covered by warranty?
Yes, all items are covered by the manufacturer's warranty.
If the power goes out will my lift chair still function?
Yes, the chair has a battery back up so in the event of power failure there is enough power to move the electric lift chair to the upright position.
IF THE POWER GOES OUT WILL MY BED STILL FUNCTION?
Yes, the bed has a battery back up so in the event of power failure there is enough power to move the bed to the flat position.
Can you take away our old furniture
Yes, we can remove the furniture we are replacing. Please contact us for a price on this service.
